Join us for International Beer Day on Friday 4 August at The DOG!
We'll be celebrating our favourite day of the year with a few beers from around the world.... so please, leave your passport at home...this is a one stop trip to Europe, the USA and NZ!
We take International Beer Day very seriously - for it is a global celebration of beer, taking place in pubs, breweries and backyards all over the world. Beer lovers unite to sample and toast to some of the worlds best craft beer... all in one pub in Randwick. Delve into your patriotic self thereafter to sample some Aussie brews, pouring fresh off our 59 taps of local (and imported beer).
OK...so what's on the menu?
We'll be serving up middy's of:
Mega Wheat DIPA, Stone Brewing (USA)
Citrus aromas of orange, tangerine & lemon with a hint of spice. Crafted with Motueka, Mosaic & Mandarina Bavaria hops.
Centennial Highway IPA, Tuatara (NZ)
True to style, this world-class IPA is perfectly balanced with juicy citrus flavours and a subtle bitterness. Showcasing American Hops and richer malts, this brew is packed with fresh fruit and piny hop aromas. Originally brewed for the 2016 West Coast IPA Challenge - and brought back due to popular demand!
Grand Cru, Rodenbach (EU)
Rodenbach Grand Cru is an exceptional Flemish red-brown ale that owes its fresh and sour taste and complex fruitiness to its lengthy partial maturation in wooden oak casks.
