Footy Finals: Sport Trivia

Kicking off Saturday 9 September 4.00pm – 6.00pm, The DOG Hotel Randwick invites you to watch the Footy Finals with a weekly Sports Trivia on Saturday's hosted by 2GB’s radio personality, Ben Malouf.

Sport Trivia will take place 4.00-6.00pm on Saturday 9th September, Saturday 16th September and Saturday 23rd September with NRL/AFL merchandise to be won along with multiple vouchers to be redeemed on food and drink. Building up to the Grand Finals, a Grand Prize will be awarded on Saturday 30th September for the AFL Grand Final and one on Sunday 1st October for the NRL Grand Final.

Exuding a passion for good beer and a real nail-biting game of footy... The DOG welcomes fans to cheer on their favourite NRL and AFL team throughout the Semi-Finals as they watch in awe across 14 TV’s, including a new 90” screen. Encouraging Trivia participants to get into the spirit of the game on and off field, beer refreshments will be provided at the discounted price of $5 a schooner for VB and Carlton Draught. For sustenance, opt for The DOG’s new traditional Wood Fired Pizzas on special for just $12.50 each.

‘Your typical Aussie bloke’, Ben Malouf, promises to engross contestants in the flurry of the Grand Finals, putting their fandom to the test in a humorous and educational game of Sport Trivia. Wittness Malouf in all his glory, as he takes to the mic to talk to you about all things footy over a cold beer and a slice of Randwick’s best pizza.

Sport Trivia prizes include AFL and NRL merchandise giveaways, food and drink vouchers to be used in venue. The Grand Final Prize, valued at $500, awards both an NRL and AFL Merchandise Pack and a $200 voucher to be redeemed at The DOG on food and drink. I had a great experience at the DOG last weekend. i had booked outside however due to the cold weather the team changed the booking at the very last minute and set our group of 20 up with a new spot indoors.
