The Public Bar’s downstairs areas include lounge and courtyard options, with delicious canapés, three course dining and bistro menus, as well as beverage packages featuring craft beer and local wines. Sample some of the most delectable lagers and ales from across Australia and around the world, or enjoy some of the finest wines from NSW, WA, SA and New Zealand, or sparkling and rosè from Italy and France.
Upstairs offers 170 seats, including indoor and outdoor dining, suitable for a variety of functions. In addition to a menu of shared plates and rotisserie items, there are three banquet menus available, which show case our state of the art rotisseries. We have 12 taps pouring a selection of craft and Aussie beers, a fun and playful cocktail list, and an extensive wine list prepared by former Rockpool Sommelier, Louella Mathews.
